Partnering with a true British Icon, The Royal Air Force, we were trusted to consult, design, and deliver an innovative secondary school leadership program aptly named 'Wings to Fly'

Impact 

Year 10 students participated in weekly motivational sessions led by Fierce & Fearless, focusing on developing emotional intelligence and fostering a belief in each other.

Over 8 weeks (June - July 2024), student  impact was phenomenal:

- 93% improvement in attitude and behavioral change

- 87% greater sense of personal responsibility

- 87% improved self-awareness and resilience

- 95% enhancement in overall personal development
