Partnering with a true British Icon, The Royal Air Force, we were trusted to consult, design, and deliver an innovative secondary school leadership program aptly named 'Wings to Fly'

Impact 

Year 10 students participated in weekly motivational sessions led by Fierce & Fearless, focusing on developing emotional intelligence and fostering a belief in each other.

Over 8 weeks (June - July 2024), student  impact was phenomenal:

93% improvement in attitude and behavioral change

87% greater sense of personal responsibility

87% improved self-awareness and resilience

95% enhancement in overall personal development
