Partnered by a true British Icon, The Royal Air Force, we consulted, designed, and delivered an innovative secondary school leadership program aptly named 'Wings to Fly' Yr10 students participated in weekly motivational sessions focused on developing emotional intelligence, fostering a belief in each other, and leadership.
At Colne Valley High School, a group of Year 10 students are leading an ambitious campaign to raise £15,000 for girls living in poverty in Jordan. Inspired by Fierce & Fearless leadership programme – delivered by Shaun Weatherhead – which challenges students to build resilience, develop emotional intelligence and lead with purpose.
